My friend Geoff was desperately looking for a job. He has been unemployed since February and I swear He really wanted to get a job, any job. He can speak two languages and He used to work as an assistant. He really wanted to come back to him profession but it seems that competition is very high. So when I called him yesterday to tell him that someone would like to see him because he needs an assistant in his office in a sell my silver centre, Geoff was thrilled. Nothing was certain but this gave him hope. It did not really matter that this was a Sell my silver centre - the most important thing was that someone wanted to give me a chance. He had him job interview the following Friday. He was well prepared but a bit nervous. He really wanted to get this job. Geoff parked his car in front of the Sell my silver centre building and he came in. He met the director of the purchasing department in five minutes. He was very nice to Geoff. He asked him about him experience, languages and skills. The conversation was carried out in a relaxed way so he did not feel uneasy. He would become feedback the next week. And he did. A lady from HR department from the Sell my silver centre called him to tell him that he would start as of the first of September. Geoff was very happy and thankful to me that I had called him and helped him.
